Selling and affiliate fees use the price including options before discounts. The coupon contribution is 20% of the coupon amount, capped at the basic selling fee. The full platform coupon is not deducted again.
The 3.3% fee applies only to prepaid shipping. Actual delivery costs still apply to free delivery.
At least KRW 5 million in confirmed purchases last month incurs KRW 77,000 per month. Deducted once from monthly profit, not from every order.
Coupons assume policy consent and full platform support offset. Rates include VAT; fractions of KRW are truncated. Advertising, packaging, returns and other costs are separate.
When to use it
Coupon example: KRW 125,000 listed price, no seller discount and KRW 116,370 after coupon give a KRW 8,630 coupon and KRW 1,726 contribution. With a 7% label-printer rate and 2% affiliate fee, settlement is KRW 112,024.
Not getting the result you expected?
Exclude shipping from the post-coupon product price. Distinguish platform coupons from seller discounts and check the actual rate. Profit is withheld when cost is blank.
Frequently asked questions
Is the whole coupon a seller cost?
No. In the default model, coupon support offsets the coupon amount. The 20% copay is capped at the basic fee; changing the offset changes the net cost.
What if purchase cost is blank?
Payout and deductions are shown; profit waits until a purchase cost is entered.
Are 11st fees based on the price before discounts?
The calculator applies the basic rate to the product amount including options, before discounts. Enter seller discounts and platform coupons separately to avoid deducting affiliate fees or coupon costs twice.
When is the KRW 77,000 monthly server fee applied?
At least KRW 5 million in confirmed purchases last month incurs KRW 77,000 per month. Deducted once from monthly profit, not from every order.
