File processing and storage
Images, videos, PDFs, Word documents, signatures, blog text, filenames, and QR code content are processed in your browser. Files selected for editing are not uploaded to KDP servers. Results are generated locally and downloaded through your browser. Most tools do not retain your work after you close or refresh the page. You are responsible for keeping downloaded files.
Full page capture extension
The extension scrolls and captures the tab you select. Captures are stored temporarily on your device. Delete them on the results screen; data older than 24 hours is cleaned up on next use, not immediately on browser exit. Only images selected for Edit on site are passed to the editor through browser messages, without server upload.
Metadata in saved files
JPG/PNG output from image editing, splitting, background removal, mark removal, mosaic and QR tools is rebuilt from pixels, removing EXIF, GPS, XMP and IPTC metadata. GIF comments and unnecessary application extensions are removed while dimensions, colors, transparency and frame timing remain. Batch renaming preserves file contents and metadata. Document tools such as PDF merge/split do not remove metadata; check sensitive results.
Connection information and external services
Hosting provider Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, times and browser information to serve and secure the site and diagnose issues. KDP currently uses no registration system, separate analytics such as GA4, or Google ad-serving scripts. Face/background detection models and processing libraries are downloaded from the site.
YouTube videos
Video thumbnails load from YouTube, and clicking Play connects the YouTube player. That service may process connection information and cookies. Files you are editing are not passed to the player. Google Privacy Policyfor details.
Coupang banners and affiliate product links
Searches entered in the Coupang widget are sent to Coupang. Displaying its image banners, search widget or carousels connects to Coupang advertising servers, which may process IP, browser/device data, page addresses and cookies for advertising and measurement. Edited files and tool input are not sent to banners. Popup and bottom-banner dismissal preferences are kept in browser session storage for this visit. Coupang Privacy Informationfor more information.
Purchases through Coupang Partners and Naver affiliate links earn the operator a commission. Product links open external sellers whose privacy and cookie policies apply. All tools and downloads work without clicking or purchasing products. Google AdSense is not used.
Scope of use and checking results
There is no usage-based charge. Each tool has file size, page count and resolution limits; results may vary by device and browser. Use material you own or have permission to edit or convert. Check document content/layout, masking and signature placement before sharing.

When you contact us by email, we use your email address and message to reply. For bug reports, send symptoms, tool and browser information instead of sensitive source files.
