Combine JPG, PNG and WebP images into a PDF, or save selected PDF pages as PNG, JPG or ZIP.
Export PDFs as editable text in Word, or as page images in Word or PPT. You can also extract simple tables, edit them, and export to Excel. OCR and full reconstruction of complex layouts are not supported.

When to use it
Merge contracts in order or extract selected pages into a separate document. Check and edit extracted table rows and columns before exporting to Excel.
Not getting the result you expected?
Word supports text extraction or page images. PPT slides contain page images. Excel extracts simple tables; merged cells and formulas may not be preserved. Scanned documents are not processed with OCR.

Are files sent to a server?
Documents are read, converted and saved in your browser. Files are not uploaded to KDP servers.
Can I edit text in Word or PPT?
Text-based Word allows editing extracted text. Image-based Word and PPT contain page images, so individual text and shapes cannot be edited.
How accurate is Excel conversion?
Simple tables are inferred from text PDFs. Complex tables need manual row/column corrections; original formulas and scanned text are not restored.
Can Word, Excel or PPT files be converted to PDF?
PDF creation currently supports JPG, PNG and WebP images only. For Office documents, use the original application's PDF export.
